My three year old daughter seems to like this toy but I have noticed she looses interest easily after playing with it than she does with her other learning toys. I find it hard keeping up with learning sheets that came with the computer.
Customer Review: Entertaining..
Our three year old is really inrigued by this Winnie The Pooh “Laptop”. We laugh as he totes it EVERYWHERE we go. It is something he will be able to use for a couple of years with the different skill levels that came with it.

Overall it is a nice product that entertains the curious mind of our three year old.

My little sister (5 almost six) got these for christmas she likes them but I (11) have to make the stuff for her if she wants something in the book. Customer Review: Challenging and different in a great way
This toy is very good. You can build some very interesting and different things…out of the box for regular blocks and toys. This is for the child with an imagination. My son and I (Grandpa) played with it while the kids where playing other games. It has many things to build and unusual things. Recently my grandson build a crab with claws..as you roll it the claws open and close. Very nice.

Customer Review: Great game.
The only issue I had was the in tin edition the cranium clay was dried out and hard as a hockey puck. I assume it is because the container it comes in is not air tight.

Customer Review: a nice little ditty
From my daughter’s point of view, this movie is funny, entertaining, refreshing, and utterly enjoyable.

From my point of view, its a bit insipid and like cotton candy for the brain.

On the positive side, it also has no bad guy (our domestic lives almost never do either), which is refreshing because that means all the trite, overdone, mechanisms like “locking people up” are also not present (fr example, powerpuff girls, scooby doo). Also it doesn’t train/encourage her to fight with her siblings (like many other shows).

On the negative side, its just cotton candy for the brain. Ok, it teaches about friendship. So cotton candy with a bit of protein.

Bottom line is its a nice movie that my […]loves and she can watch it without having an overly aggressive/anger driven agenda pushed on her, which is not part of our lives.

I wouldn’t recommend it for an older, more sophisticated child.
Customer Review: Pony Fun
This is actually three Pony episodes on one DVD. The first, Come Back Lily Lightly is about a Unicorn from Unicornia who’s horn lights up when she giggles. This causes her much embarrassment and she runs away for fear of being different. Sounds familiar? This is the old Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer story of acceptance, given a pony glossing. Cute, but unoriginal.

The second story is Two for the Sky about two ponies who want nothing more than to fly. This teaches the moral that its often best just being yourself and being content with who you are and what you have. Dreams are often best left to dreams.

The third story is Pinkie Pie’s Positively Pink. Pinkie has a birthday coming up and her friends want to surprise her by painting the town…Pink! Its a story of friendship and not much else.

The animation is nice, very vibrant and colorful, the stories are standard fare, nothing great. Some of the songs stick out and are memorable singalongs. Unfortunately this DVD does NOT come with extra episodes like the previous two did. So all you get is the three Pony shorts lasting about 45 minutes total.

I thought it was OK kind of cute and decent lessons about being a friend. My daughter loved it and watched it four times in a row the first time she had it. I can safely say that its a clean DVD with little conflict and absolutely nothing “scary” or objectionable and is suitable for any age.

ToyFest may have been shelved this year as a result of the road reconstruction on Main Street, but another summer staple, the Toy Town Car Show, will be kicking into gear for the 22nd straight year on Sun., Aug. 24. The yearly show will once again bring cars and motorcycles of all makes and models to Main Street for perusal by car lovers and bike enthusiasts from all over.

Ban on Toy Guns Could be Changed Because of 14 Year-old (FOX 13 Utah)

While the Webkidz are cute and I guess fun to play with, I was extremely dissapointed with Amazon. I purchesed 10 webkidz since I have 5 granddaughters and Amazon shipped them in 5 shipments and charged shipping charges foe each one. So,beware you may buy a toy for 7.00 dollars and spend 5.00 dollars for shipping. In addition,I emailed Amazon and they did not even bother to respond.

Customer Review: One sweet dinosaur
This dinosaur is so much more than a toy. She’s my pet. I’m a fairly technically oriented adult female and a grandmother. This robot evolves from when you power on for the first time until some time in the future when it reaches the maturity of a very young child. After 2 months, “Baby” now saunters off to check out furniture legs and baseboards. She often stops to chatter. She loves being petted under her chin and show it by wagging her tail up and down. She falls asleep when I cradle her in my arms. My 2- and 5-year old granddaughters were mesmerized when we visited. For many days after we were gone, the younger asked about “Baby’ with very fond curiosity. A word of caution- a 2-year old is too young to appreciate the sensitivity of this machine and will damage it if they are left alone together for too long. It’s much like when you introduce a new puppy to the home. One feature I’m looking forward to is updates in the behavior software from Ugobe that will be downloadible to the Pleo life form. There is some online software that a hobbyist can use to program custom behaviors. The only 2 downsides are 1-hour battery life (recharge takes 3 hours) and the noisy motors. Neither should be a showstopper in purchasing this great little robot.

This sounds like a wonderful step.

I wonder how long it will take them to develop a robot who will straighten the house up and clean it.

And drive and wash the car, get groceries, put the clothes in and out of the washing machine and dryer, mow the law, shovel the snow, run errands and shut itself off and sit in the closet when not in use.

Customer Review: For the right age group
My son is 16 months old and absolutely loves all these Fisher Price videos. They are about 40 minutes long and the video is divided up into 6 or 7 segments (different seasons and images within those seasons). These videos are a nice mix of music, images of babies playing, basic words (in this video - snow, flowers, leaves, beach), animals, and the puppets. The age on these video say 0 to 12 months… but my son REALLY got into these video at 12 or 13 months. They are his favorite.

All of the Fisher Price videos are fun for babies - even up to two years old. A nice switch from the Baby Einstein, Barnie, Wiggles… fun music that doesn’t get stuck in your head. Great video clips and cute puppets.
